Ms Fryer's daughter Carly,

is a 3rd degree black belt. Her motto was not to get into a situation you don't want to be in.

Anna Cardno

Talked to us about smokes and how bad they are for you. Also they set up a competition to see how could guess how many smoke are in the jar.

Ms Fryer

is our teacher and gave us a general speech about our body and drug use including legal painkillers.
